A lot of customers don’t use contact forms, because they feel like black holes. We created HappAppily to put a personal touch on any contact page. Businesses can embed our widget in their website to give customers direct points of contact. Because HappAppily is more personal, customers prefer it 2:1 over contact forms. The HappAppily widget is an iframe just like a YouTube video. But our secret sauce is our self-service portal for businesses to add, edit, or delete employees. Whenever businesses make changes in the portal, we push live updates to their widget. Most businesses are embedding the HappAppily widget right next to their Google map. Easy to embed and even easier to update - think of it as the next generation contact page.
