One Billion Drops is a non-profit organization focused on spreading information about where poverty exists and what is needed to alleviate suffering. We crowd-source information from those most in need, simply asking the question, "What do you need and where do you need it?" Utilizing the Sustainable Development Goals, and some more specific categories, users are able to select what they need in their specific location (based on their phone's GPS capability) and place a pin on a map for the world to see. Organizations who meet the needs of the developing world can then utilize our app to see where their efforts will have the greatest impact, simplifying their search for project spaces and providing a more efficient use of their resources.
