Have customer service call you, instead of waiting on hold for them. Initially focused on airlines because that's where I thought people would most likely be willing to pay for an urgent connection. Eventually it would be expanded beyond airlines. Yes it's like lucyphone (or fastcustomer), but with the added functionality of having the right department call you, and skipping the wait entirely if desired. Right now the competing options are: lucyphone - call the company, navigate the phone tree, and then use lucyphone if you get put on hold fastcustomer - have a human from the general customer service line call you, then transfer you to the right department for your issue and wait on hold anyway Also, the premium feature is to pay to skip the wait for customer service entirely by having one of our lines, which is already waiting on hold, loop you in when needed.
