ExperienceFellow enables companies to research their customer experience along the whole customer journey and across all channels. Companies can invite and incentivize their customers to capture their experiences in the style of a simple diary. The mobile apps enable customers to document their experiences along their whole customer journeys. Each touchpoint can individually be named and rated, as well as extensively documented through text, photo, and video. Additionally, every touchpoint is chronologically captured and geolocalized. The companies can then graphically prepare and analyse the results by using the web-based software. Thus, for the first time, companies can really slip into the shoes of their customers and understand the customer experience they offer from a customer’s perspective.
