hackajob is a data-driven, engaging recruitment marketplace, that matches user’s with jobs using a variety of unique data points, and then screens their skills with job-specific hacks and coding challenges. Once the user completes the hack, they get placed on a leaderboard allowing them to see directly how they compare with other candidates, creating a completely transparent process. We started working on the idea 5 months ago in November. We then launched the first beta platform in mid December and since have attracted more than 5,000 users, with 2,000 hacks being completed and have had over 300 candidates to interviews. We’re working with some incredible companies such as SkyScanner, Hailo & Shazam.
