Buying a house is the biggest financial decision most people make and it causes them considerable stress. Mortgage brokers often make this worse. They can be slow to respond to queries, unclear about the home- buying process and frustrating by insisting that customers use post, fax or have face to face meetings. We are solving these problems by creating an online mortgage broker that delivers a seamless customer journey, all for free. We are creating a platform that allows customers to: • Directly message our broker and receive a quick reply • Receive a visual overview of their application status, with live updates as they progress • Submit all their documentation online We are launching around mid-2017 so watch this space!
