Customer referrals have always (or should always) been the backbone and foundational success of any business. Up until now the whole "getting a customer to refer" process has been very hit and miss as most businesses make it very hard for the customer to follow their procedures. That is why we launched "ReferUs". Now every business can have their own branded web app sitting on all of their customers phone home screens and when that customer wants to refer a friend or even promote that business to their entire social media list or database they simply push one button and send the referral through. Now that business has a hot lead and is in charge of that new lead and the referrer gets rewarded (business sets up their own reward in the system) by simply taking a few seconds to refer someone. It also has an entire CRM system that sits in the back end. So now every business can now know who is referring for them, how many referrals they are getting every day, week and month and who are their raving fans. Business owners have gone nuts over this globally.
