Whole Whale University

Get free Google dollars for your nonprofit!

Saturday, July 4, 2015

Whole Whale, a digital agency that helps nonprofits maximize their impact using data and technology, just announced a new online course series for nonprofits. The series, aptly named Whole Whale University, is one of the first to cover digital strategy topics tailored for the needs of nonprofits. The first course, launched in the first week of March 2015, focuses on the Google Adwords Grant for Nonprofits and promises to teach nonprofits how to apply for, manage, and optimize Google’s one-of-a-kind advertising grant. “There are lots of great online courses out there, but nothing that is truly focused on the unique needs of nonprofits. We want to even the playing field and give nonprofits access to the same high-quality training that for-profits can find anywhere” says Julie Leary, the series co-creator and course instructor. “The Adwords Grant can be a gamechanger for nonprofits in terms of their site traffic, so we knew from the beginning that this would be a perfect topic for the first course.” The course is available on Udemy at https://www.udemy.com/googleadwordsgrantfornonprofits.
