Originally, YourParkingSpace was based around the concept of renting out private driveways. However, it soon became clear that driveways weren’t the only spaces that could be rented out. People soon began to use YPS as a platform for renting out all types of off-street spaces, from spare land to underused parking spaces and lock-up garages. Now we've transformed into a platform for individuals as well as commercial car park operators to market their surplus inventory. There are now roughly 20,000 private spaces advertised by private individuals, and a further 230,000 commercial spaces listed on the site. YourParkingSpace now works with many major parking operators in the country, such as Q-Park and NCP to market their spaces and expand their user base. We also act as a marketplace for sourcing parking, for individuals and businesses.
