Auctionflair is a two-sided marketplace where companies compete to hire developers. During a one-week hiring campaign, a group of vetted companies submit interview requests to a group of pre-qualified developers, along with information about the company, problem to solve, technical habits, workplace culture fit, atmosphere, founding team and the salary equity. Developers pick the companies that interest them to pursue interviews. AuctionFlair takes 15% success fee and send 1000€ of that back to the engineers upon offer acceptance.
