A chatbot is an ideal interface for this task. We created a chatbot CashBackAir (http://cashbackairbot.com/) that gets compensations for its users in case of a flight delay in Europe. CashBackAir Bot does not need registration data: in order to start tracking, it is enough to specify the name of the airline, flight number, departure time and airports. After that, you can forget about the bot: it will store information about the flights made and will send a notification if will be a precedent for compensation. CashBackAir Bot does not deal with legal proceedings on its own, the development of BotLab is only an intermediary between the user and the Claim Compass service.
