We are on a mission to overhaul digital recruitment. For a start, we don’t accept recruiters on the site — digital professionals and digital companies only. The Profile itself will replace the CV, with users able to apply with one click for jobs they are interested in, updating their skill set as their careers develop. Companies also have a Profile where they showcase their culture, benefits and the work they do.
