Pivoteam was conceived to solve the problem with the recruitment industry which is largely broken. Broken recruitment results in poorly aligned hires, dramatic loss in productivity and undesirable teams. We realised that Great Teams exhibited talents and leaders who were highly aligned, incredibly productive and made a difference to the world.
