Evenfy is a collaborative free platform available on mobile apps and the web, developed to help people easily organize their shared expenses so that everyone gets paid back. To use the service, after signing up the user builds his contact list, creates a new event and add members to it or joins an existing one. An event can be monthly home or office bills, a trip with friends or any other gathering. To keep info transparency and communication fluidity, all members are able to add their shared bills, send messages, check all expenses and payments status. Besides that, there are rules to ensure an organized interaction between users. For example, permissions to edit or delete expenses are granted only to their creators and expenses can be added or changed only if an event has not been closed yet.
