Helprace was born out of a simple need to improve customer service for businesses, large and small. It all began in 2011, when our product manager and CEO Gregoriy Koldirkaev started obsessing over how to possibly make companies understand their customers better. Since then, we’ve slowly been turning this dream into a reality. Helprace offers a helpdesk ticketing system, community and a knowledge base for end-users. Users can ask a question, share an idea, report a problem or give praise. This data is seamlessly integrated into the admin interface, and support agents can directly participate in conversations. Helprace can help virtually any company out there in providing better customer service. Since Helprace is cloud-based, it's ideal for smaller companies that look to centralize their customer service process early on.
