SafeWaters.Ai trained on 200 years of shark attack and marine weather data. The mobile app, launching week of 7/31, is formatted just like a weather app, but instead of the temperature, you'll see low risk, med risk, or high risk. A high risk day is a day where the location, date and marine weather variables seem to line up to previous attacks. An 82% accuracy in forecasting high risk days for previous attack days/location was seen in the test data. This is a great tool for surfers, beachgoers, and local authorities.
