Sentrifugo HRMS is a free and open source HRMS that can manage HR activities. Sentrifugo targets small and medium enterprises and is implemented as a web application. The business features in Sentrifugo are organized as modules and each module has a pre-defined structure containing the sub modules. It allows enterprises to automate many aspects of human resource management, with the dual benefits of reducing the workload of the HR department as well as increasing the efficiency of the department by standardizing HR processes. Sentrifugo ideally provides Self-Service, Leave management, Time, Talent Acquisition, Background Check, and Analytics and other human resource management tools which can be customized to reflect the unique work flow and processes of an organization. Sentrifugo uses PHP 5.3 version on Zend framework. MySQL is used as the database management system. Jqplot, jQuery plugin, is used to generate reports and charts. Sentrifugo aids in increasing the efficiency of an organization and subsequently integrating and aligning the efforts of HR with the rest of the organization.
